48th WHANGAROA ONE BASE TOURNAMENT

Saturday 8th - Wednesday 12th February 2025

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION - $1000 cash prize. All entrants registered by 11.59pm Wednesday 29th January 2025 will be entered into Early Bird Prize Draw.         

REGISTRATION - Friday 7th February 2025 - 5.00 - 7.00pm. All anglers must be financial members of Whangaroa Sport Fishing Club, or a club affiliated to the New Zealand Sport Fishing Council. No day memberships.

BRIEFING - Friday 7th February 2025 - 7.30pm. 

CALCUTTA - The Calcutta will not be an auction; instead, you will have the option of buying your boat for $200. Please indicate on your registration form if you intend to buy you boat and make payment with your entry fees.  

The heaviest qualifying striped marlin of the tournament wins. In the event that the winning striped marlin is not in the Calcutta, it will go to the next heaviest striped marlin.

ENTRY FEE - $120pp

Each night at 7.30pm, two anglers will be drawn for the chance to win a Air New Zealand Deluxe Mystery trip for two, drawn on the final night. You must be present in the clubrooms to qualify.
