WHANGAROA SPORT FISHING CLUB — GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION
Whangaroa Big Gamefish Club (name was changed in 2010 to Whangaroa Sport Fishing Club) was established in 1925 for the purpose of weighing two Marlin for Capt. L.D. Mitchell.
The original committee consisted of: Capt. L.D. Mitchell, Stan Ellis, E. Bromwich, J. Murdoch, A. Sanderson, A.T. Boyer.
CLUB FACILITIES & AMENITIES
The Club boasts a fully-licensed Bar, a Restaurant, Showers, Eftpos, SKY TV, NZSFC Tag’s, Phone Cards, T-shirts etc.
CAR PARKING
There is ample car parking for Marina and Club use.
SUPPLIES
The Boyd Gallery nearby offers food, clothing, bait and fishing supplies.

Available across the road at the Marlin Hotel.
FUEL
Diesel is available on the Clansman Wharf at Whangaroa (BP or Diners Fuel Card required) also Totara North across the harbour (Mobil Card required).
